The New England Patriots quarterback and his supermodel wife are leaving their apartment in the Flat Iron District of Manhattan behind.
The property is a full-floor, four-bedroom apartment on the 48th floor at 23 E. 22nd St.
The power couple is listing the apartment for $13.95 million — which is surprisingly less than its original asking price of $17.25 million in 2016.

The 3,310-square-foot space has been redesigned by famous architect Peter Marino, and affords 360-degree views of the tri-state, including iconic New York from the Empire State Building, One World Trade, and the Statue of Liberty.
Before putting their NYC apartment up for sale, Tom and Gisele were spotted making out on a beach while on vacation in Costa Rica.
