The 39-year-old also cheated on Brittany with former SUR-ver Faith Stowers, which was exposed during the show's 6th season.

They got through his cheating and Brittany became Jax's rock when he lost his father, which took place in late 2017. The couple then got engaged in June of this year.

So does Tom really think Jax is a new man now that he's found the one? “Obviously I’m skeptical,” he told Page Six.

“I’ve seen Jax say, ‘Oh, I’m moving back to Florida’ or ‘Oh, I’m going to do this job in Tampa’ and then it just fizzles out. But like I do see that this is a different situation. Even before all that stuff happened last year, I saw Jax acting differently with Brittany than with previous girls I’ve seen him with and I’ve known Jax for a really long time … I think he has come around.”
