It has been nearly a decade since Topper and Tinsley Mortimer split, but the Real Housewives of New York star spoke almost nonstop about her high school sweetheart during her inaugural season on the reality show. But if there was any doubt in fans' minds that the preppy couple was done for good, the financier made it clear when he proposed to another woman — none other than shoe designer, Tabitha Simmons!

"It's official we are engaged," she gushed, thanking Lauren Santo Domingo for throwing their engagement party at the home of Tory Burch over the weekend.

While Tinsley has maintained that Topper remains one of her best friends, she too has moved on with Coupon Cabin CEO Scott Kluth.
