There’s something about Amiyah! As filming for the The Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Season 8 kicks into high gear, OKMagazine.com has confirmed that another fresh face has been added to the growing roster of new additions to the show -- Amiyah Scott!
Scott is well known in Atlanta, Georgia, and shot to national fame when she was romanitcally linked to singer Trey Songz several years ago -- though the singer went on to deny ever dating Scott.
But Scott has since moved on from that drama and has now set her sights on becoming one of RHOA’s newest cast members.
Scott was spotted at the launch event for Kenya Moore’s hair care line, taking time to catch up with several of the show’s returning cast members. And Scott was quite the standout at the party, rocking a super fierce black jumpsuit that featured a cleavage-baring cutout!

A source said she did film for the show, and several reports claimed that Scott specifically shot a scene with RHOA’s Kandi Burruss during the night.
Scott was joined by her fellow rumored new cast member Kim Fields at the event. However, Scott isn’t pictured in the leaked group photo from the party that includes several key members of the reported season 8 cast. Porsha Williams, Cynthia Bailey and Phaedra Parks -- who are all confirmed to be coming back for Season 8 -- are pictured in the photo. Shereé Whitfield, Marlo Hampton, Bailey's sister and Field's husband are also present in the photo! Season 7 star Claudia Jordan was also in attendance at the party. However, reports claim that she didn’t appear to film for the show.
Scott has yet to comment on the RHOA chatter. But with her name added to the list of cast possibilities, fans are growing even more anxious to get the official word on the Season 8 cast! Do you think Amiyah is a good fit for RHOA? Tweet us @OKMagazine or let us know in the comments section below.
