Usher was in serious hot water last year after multiple women came forward claiming he gave them herpes after having sex with them. But on Tuesday he looked in much better spirits following a workout session. Read on for the latest.
It was just a year ago when Usher had his hands full with several different lawsuits from women who alleged he gave them herpes.
While much of the drama has since subsided, as the singer maintained a lower profile, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported earlier this month that a new lawsuit from Lauren Helm accused the “Burn” crooner of the same thing.
Though the 39-year-old tried to get the case dismissed, a judge denied his bid, which means it’s moving forward.

Following that news, Usher was spotted on Tuesday in Los Angeles quenching his thirst after a workout. He seemed in good spirits as he gave a little head nod to photogs.
Usher, who’s been married to Grace Miguel since 2015, was hit with some more dismaying news this month when it was announced that Drake now ties his 14-year record for the most consecutive weeks on the top of the Billboard charts with his song, “In My Feelings.”
