Vanessa Marcil isn't backing out of claims that ex Brian Austin Green has cut their son, Kassius, out of his life. Yesterday, she headed over to Instagram to reiterate the statements she made earlier in the week. Read on for the latest.

The General Hospital star posted a screenshot in which she laid all the brief interactions that Brian and Kass have reportedly shared within the last 5 years. She wrote, “They have been at the same wedding, same resort, and same play a few times in passing and a few 60 minute lunches. That is it.”

Her new posts come just 2 days after she made allegations about Brian and his current wife, Megan Fox. At the time, the 50-year-old wrote, “12 years ago I was served legal papers and then spent 8 years+ defending myself and my son in custody court in response to his father & his stepmother trying to get full custody(that means I would have seen my son four days a month) and then asking me to pay them child support. They lost that case & a civil case asking me for 200,000.”
