Kristin Cavallari is reminiscing about wild times in her past. On the January 30 episode of Very Cavallari, the Laguna Beach alum told her husband Jay Cutler about her youth in suburban Chicago. Kristin, 33, and Jay, 36, visited Barrington, Illinois, which sparked her subsequent trip down memory lane.

"I moved out of Barrington to Laguna Beach to live with my dad because I was getting into a lot of trouble and my mom didn't really know what to do with me," Kristin explained. "There was a phase I would literally smoke pot every day after school and my mom would call me like, 'Do you want to go get dinner?' and I'd be like, 'f**k, I'm so stoned,'’’ the fashion designer laughed as she told the former Chicago Bears star on the car ride to Barrington.
Kristin also opened up about her relationship with her mom, Judy. Although the two are on good terms now, Kristin said that “wasn't always the case" when she was younger. "I actually really hated my mom growing up, as most teenagers do," she said.
As they reminisced with Judy and sorted through old newspaper clippings, Kristin confessed that she once ditched school and took a train to Chicago. She also recalled a time when she was "taken home by the police" after another night out. Judy chimed in that one night when Kristin was in the 8th grade, she tried to sneak in through the bathroom window after "a few cocktails" and got stuck. "I was so drunk, I couldn't get back into my room," Kristin said as tears rolled down her face from laughter.

"I started getting into quite a bit of trouble when I was in 8th grade," Kristin explained in a confessional. "I would sneak out a lot. I remember one time I stole my stepbrother's car. I started drinking, smoking pot, having sex. I got arrested a couple times.” The reality star couldn’t stop cracking up as she reminisced about her wild times.
“I can laugh about it now, I was not laughing then," Kristin told her mom. They teased the NFL star about how good he was as a kid. “Jay never got in trouble," the Colorado native said, adding that Jay only broke curfew after he graduated high school.
"My life back then was a little wild and crazy. I don't regret anything. I wouldn't change it for the world, I'm just happy that my life evolved," Kristin said. "I don't miss that old life at all, I'm happy Jay kind of grounded me."
Although Kristin had no regrets about her past, she did have a message for her younger self. "I would tell 22-year-old Kristin to enunciate and quit drinking so much. I was such a f**king sloppy bomb!"
