The "OG of the OC" endured a five-hour-long surgery, including a lower face and neck lift.
Her longtime boyfriend Steve Lodge was by Vicki's side during the entire ordeal and supplied some much needed humor throughout. "That's the quietest you've been in months," he remarked.

Vicki showed off her new facelift only ten days after getting the surgery while entering Emily Simpson's Femme Fatale party on Monday night's season finale.
Newbie Gina Kirschenheiter threw some shade her way when Vicki walked over to sit down with the girls. "You got rid of your 'gobble wobble,'" she exclaimed. It's something that the mother-of-two didn't know she had.
