Vicki Gunvalson has had two careers going for her over the past 14 years: owner of COTO Insurance and big time reality star. Now she could be adding a third job as the RHOC mainstay has plans to open up her own bar in Mexico! Read on for all the details.

“I actually was looking at buying into Andale’s and then I thought, ‘Why don’t I open up my own bar down there?’ and I entertained that a little bit,” she revealed. Andale's is a favorite place for the RHOC star to visit when she's in Puerto Vallarta.

Don't expect on this happening anytime soon, however. "I have to have more time in the day,” she explained. “I’m so busy. If you saw my desk right now you would be like, ‘Oh my God. How are you going to get that all done in a day?’ We’re in open enrollment right now. So my primary focus is getting through that and keeping my clients happy.”

Vicki has been spending a ton of time with her boyfriend Steve Lodge outside of her busy work schedule. The two of them enjoyed a lovely night out with two of her high school friends on Friday in Laguna Beach.
