She was at the checkout counter trying to remain incognito in black leggings, a jacket, baseball cap, and sunglasses.
Victoria, 41, just finished a busy fashion week in New York City where she debuted her new collection to rave reviews.
The former Spice Girl looked rail thin and displayed poor posture.
