Vincent Herbert and Tamar Braxton can't seem to steer clear of the police!

Vincent was driving a Rolls Royce through Beverly Hills February 2nd.

An officer pulled him over and wrote up a citation.

Tamar ducked down, but was partially visible through Vincent's window.

The couple had faced divorce rumors in the fallout of Tamar getting fired from The Real during Vince's regime as career overlord.

This summer, police were called to the couple's home after an alleged domestic dispute was reported.

While Vince had been accused of biting Tamar authorities ultimately found no evidence of wrongdoing.
