Oh no! Viola Davis experienced a break-in at her home! Fortunately the Oscar winner and her family weren’t harmed, but it was still very terrifying. Click through to read what went down.

The actress was reportedly fast asleep in her home when she and her husband Julius Tennon woke up frightened by the sound of glass shattering from a door in the same room!

The sound of them waking up and turning on the lights must have startled the burglars, because they fled the scene before the couple could get a good look at them.

But fortunately, the 52-year-old’s house is equipped with a surveillance video that caught thieves in the act—so the police have been on the case.
