The SUR owner responded, “But where does it start? Investment, right.” Lisa then told Sandoval his check went through but told Schwartz, “Yours bounced.”
Schwartz claimed, “That account is not active anymore,” along with other excuses as to what went wrong. Lisa blasted the TomTom co-owner and told him, “I don’t even trust you. Do you not really have the money? Did you spend it in Mexico? It’s not funny. How do I know you have the money?”

“Having your little boyish mannerisms is kind of cute. But when it comes to business and bouncing a check, cuteness doesn’t work,” the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star said in a confessional. She also told Schwartz if she didn’t receive a check quickly, “Then we’re done.”
Sandoval admitted in a confessional, “When you’re partnering with somebody and the money doesn’t come through, that’s a bad look. This isn’t good.”
In a clip for the VPR episode on April 15, Schwartz delivers a briefcase to Lisa filled with the cash portion of his investment.
