“I can’t handle it, so much love! #family #love #grateful,” Gisele captioned the precious photo!
Before the game started, the model posted another photo of her daughter, Vivien, wearing Patriots leggings, holding up a handmade sign that read, “We love you daddy! Go Pats!!” Does that not just make your heart melt?!
