Wendy Williams is a sliver of her former self, and she can’t stop gushing over her impressive 50-pound weight loss—find out how she did it!

The television personality revealed that after dealing with fad diets and other “quick fixes,” she realized it just took self-control for her to start dropping the pounds.

During a recent Q&A video, Wendy, who admitted in 2009 to getting lipo, revealed that she ended up telling herself, “Just push back, fatso. Just stop eating so much.”

And in addition to not eating as much, she’s also eliminated a lot of foods from her diet. She doesn’t eat meat and avoids refined sugars, dairy, and late-night eating. In place of these foods, she’s picked up healthier eating habits, including juicing.

“I don’t love food as much as I used to,” Wendy admitted. If only we all had her self-discipline!

"Slow and steady is the name of the game,” the 51-year-old said. “It's not going to happen overnight. I no longer believe in fad diets, crash diets…yes, I did have a jump-start because years ago I did get the liposuction and a tummy tuck, but I have to say that, if there is a poster child for plastic surgery and the jump-off to a new lifestyle, it would be me."
