Whitney Cummings revealed in an interview with Kelly Clarkson on November 21 that she was high when she accidentally leaked a topless video of herself on Instagram! The comedian immediately deleted the snap but she later reposted the image in August after people tried to extort her with screenshots.
“It wasn’t that bad,” Whitney, 37, said on The Kelly Clarkson Show. “It was actually my own fault. I was doing Instagram Stories one night and weed is now legal in California, which is not a good mix. I had done a story and it my phone kind of slipped a little bit and then people were like, ‘Oh my God, your boob is on Instagram!’”
Kelly, 37, joked, “If I had your body I’d almost leak a nude photo myself!”
Whitney posted a video in April on her Instagram Story while she was in a bath and didn’t immediately realize that her nipple was visible in the bottom corner. People screenshotted the image and allegedly requested money from the comedian so that they wouldn’t post it.
“I was like, I’m not giving you my money, I’ve worked too hard. I paid good money for my boobs! I’m proud of them,” she said. Whitney jokingly added, “I was annoyed! There are better nude photos of me. I’m in the bathtub. I look like I’m having a home birth.”

Whitney shared the NSFW image on Twitter on August 12. “I just took the bargaining chip off the table. It was the only thing I knew how to do. I’m just gonna post it myself,” she said. “It’s a boob!”
At the time she explained, “In April I accidentally posted an Insta Story that showed nipple. Once I realized, I deleted it. The people who took screen grabs are trying to get money from me, some said they have offers to sell them, some are asking for money to not post the photo.”
“They all must think I’m way more famous than I am, but they also must think I’m way more easily intimidated than I am,” she continued alongside a photo of the topless photo. “If anyone is gonna make money or likes off my nipple, it’s gonna be me. So here it all is, you foolish dorks.”
She added, “When a woman in the public eye is extorted, we have to spend time, money and energy dealing with it, hiring lawyers and security experts, and living with a pit in our stomach about when and how we will be humiliated. Y’all can have my nipple, but not my time or money anymore.”
Bella Thorne also leaked her nude photos on Twitter in June after she was allegedly extorted.
