Yolanda Hadid is speaking out about those who failed her as she battled Lyme disease, and her ex-husband David Foster is at the top of her list! In a brand new tell-all, Believe Me: My Battle with the Invisible Disability of Lyme Disease, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum is making shocking claims that her music producer ex subjected her to cruel treatment during her search for a cure.
While the precise moment that Yolanda contracted Lyme disease is still unknown, the former model's symptoms began to ramp up in 2011, the year after she married David.
"Yo" as she calls herself, describes how David grew increasingly tired of her treks around the world to find a cure, alleging that he refused to call or text her when she traveled to Bali to do mushrooms.
She also claims that he completely ignored her when she went to New York to visit an ailing Gigi shortly before her wedding anniversary. He also visited New York during her stay, but failed to see or contact her.

He allegedly encouraged her to join the RHOBH cast so that she would have some financial independence.
Eventually, she would need it, as she learned through his lawyer that he was filing for separation.
Yolanda claims that he arrived at her apartment one day to pick up some of his things, and told her, "Your sick card is up," and worse jabs that she refuses to discuss.
