Though the attractive pair have been dating for one year now, they've been pretty quiet about their relationship, first going public in August at Zac's movie premiere for We Are Your Friends.
It's unclear how the two met, but Sami is a market exec turned model, so it's plausible they met at a Hollywood event or through mutual friends.
