Within the last few months, the former Teen Mom OG star has never looked hotter. From her long, tanned, and toned legs to her insane rock hard abs, everyone wants to know how the reality star transformed her body.
In an exclusive interview with OKMagazine.com, Farrah admitted, "Core workouts are the best. I go a personal trainer four times a week. I’m always about inner thigh, don’t lose all of that. Toning the outer parts of our body and strengthening the core."
But a great workout at the gym isn't all! The mother-of-one revealed that her diet has also been on-point. "When it comes to dieting. FODMAPS Diet. My family’s health regimen that’s been the best," Farrah said. "It keeps my energy up."
And since her diet and workouts changed her body, Farrah can't stop baring it all in the smallest bikinis yet while strutting her stuff on the beach.
