The youngest Duggar couple is having a baby! Joy-Anna Duggar and her husband Austin Forsyth are expecting their first child together.
“We’re so happy and thankful to announce that we’re expecting a baby!” the 19-year-old told PEOPLE. “Every child is such a precious gift from God. I’m most looking forward to watching Austin as a dad and raising children together with him.”
Joy-Anna and Austin have been married for just three-months, as they tied the knot in May, after a three-month long engagement.
While the two had a quick courtship and even quicker engagement they admitted that they’re ready for the next phase of their lives. (Talk about moving full steam ahead!)
“I have a lot of good memories of my mom teaching us and the quality time we spent together, and I’m really looking forward to doing that with my own children,” Joy confessed.
“It’s such an amazing thing to be a parent and raise children!”

And when it comes to Austin’s feelings about parenthood, the reality star admitted he’s excited for the journey ahead.
“I’m really looking forward to the journey of this pregnancy and all the different stages it will bring,” he says. “It’s really exciting and I feel so blessed to be a dad! We are beyond thankful!”
