1. Keep Allergies and Skin Care in Perspective

"I feel like this happens a lot with my clients. I notice that with seasons come allergies, so I always recommend, first and foremost, to always take something like an antihistamine like Zyrtec, to give them 24-hour relief. Takes care of that situation, so they feel good," says Jamie Greenberg. She then suggests amping up the skin care hydration (with a product like Josie Maran Argan Oil) so that your face is set as the perfect canvas.

2. Invest in a Dimensional  Product That Will Get You That Glow

And her go-to is mark.'s Touch and Glow Shimmer Cube. It's actually the product she uses to create Elizabeth Moss' signature minimal look."You can whirl it around with a brush and it gives you that glowy look or you can pick a couple and throw them on as more of a highlighter," she explains. "You can really create a lot of dimension with it."

3. If Your Eyes Tend to Water During the Spring, Go for False Lashes Instead of a Smokey Eye

"Lashes just open up the face. They open up the eye, and they make such a difference. If you put a lash on one of your eyes and look at the difference of your face, it’s amazing," says Jamie. And you don't have to go completely glam with a full set! Jamie says you can make a more natural look with only corner lashes or adding in individual strands.

4. Go for the Blues and Oranges in the Eye Shadow Department

"I think we are going to see a lot of those blue tones. We’re going to see yellows, and we’re also going to see bold oranges," says Jamie. While she's all for bright eye looks, she reminds us that soft eyes with a bold lip will be an ongoing trend as well.

5. Don't Be Afraid to Let Your Skin Shine Through, Leaving Behind Your Normal BB and CC Creams

When it's super hot in Los Angeles, Jamie says her clients aren't really into piling on a heavy base. The solution? "We’ve been doing easy spot-checking—covering up the eye and any imperfection and buffing out the skin with something dewy and pretty. Let your skin shine through," she explains.
