And the newset celeb to join the auburn color club is...Dianna Agron! That's right, the Gleek debuted her new hue at Vogue's 'Triple Threats' dinner hosted by Sally Singer and Lisa Love at Goldie's. Agron was joined by Glee costar Darren Criss and looked absolutely radiant—really loving the new 'do!

While I can't stop obsessing over how much I love Dianna as a red head, I was also pretty impressed with her flawless makeup look. Celebrity makeup artist Georgie Eisdell created it, saying: “For Dianna's look for the Vogue dinner, I wanted her to have a chic and sophisticated vibe that was both clean and defined.”

Eisdell Tells You How to Get The Look:

“I used CHANEL Vitalumiere Fluid Makeup to even out her skin tone and create a flawless base, lightly powdering her skin with La Mer The Powder to take the edge off the shine.

I then defined her brows with Tom Ford Brow Sculptor in "Taupe." I wanted to define her perfect almond shaped eyes, so I used MAC Liquid Eye Liner in "Boot Black" across her lash line, slightly extending it out to give a cat eye effect. I then applied two layers of YSL Faux Cils Mascara in "Burgundy" to make her eyes greener and finish off her eyes.

Next I contoured her cheeks using NARS Blush in "Madly," applying lightly on the apples of her cheeks but mostly along the cheek bone.

Finally I applied CHANEL Rouge Allure Luminous Intense Lip Colour in "Secrete" to her lips for a perfect creamy looking pout.”
