Get Ashley Benson's Playful Paley Festival Hair

Pretty Little Liars star Ashley Benson never disappoints in the style department and her carefree blonde locks at PLL's Paley Festival panel on Sunday were sheer perfection. Hair stylist Richard Collins crafted her coif for the event and explains how he and Ashley came up with the look.

• I rough dried her hair with my hands so we could use a bit of her natural texture.

• Starting at the nape of the neck, I took small sections of hair and wrapped them around a 2-inch curling iron. My technique is to begin the curl at the middle of the hair and leave only some pieces straight at the end, while curling others. This gives it a more natural, tousled look. I used this technique all over and curled away from her face.

• Once finished, I lightly went over the top section with a ghd flat iron to smooth out the top. I put some of Kiehl’s Silk Groom Serum in my hands and scrunched just the ends of her hair to add some extra texture, topping off the look!
