Looks like Cory and Topanga's daughter is a little fashionista. The teen celeb, who's first name will soon be interchangeable with Riley, dressed up her black mini skirt and incredibly cool combat boots with a loose multi-colored sequined blouse. The embellished top (and her voluminous locks) livened up the chill Cali look. And like any girl with the smarts for accessorizing, Rowan didn't overwhelm the showy top with a dramatic statement necklace or chandelier earrings. The bling was kept to a respected minimum.
