One infographic, researched and created by, brings the pricing of recreating these types of wardrobes into modern day perspective. For example, one of Mary's fitted trenches back in the day would cost her about $91. Sure, that was kind of a lot of cash back then, but today she'd be shelling out over $7,600—more than seven times the price of the past. Oh, and what about those little heels? They would only be a measly $28 in the age of Downton, but today they'd cost more than a pair of sparkly Christian Louboutins from Barneys. Shocking.
