Ms. Lea Michele was striking in a black Vivienne Tam dress at the PaleyFest Icon Award 2013 event to honor Glee creator Ryan Murphy the other night. Also at the event was Lea's beau Cory Monteith and NeNe Leakes, who stars in Glee as well as Ryan's other show, The New Normal.

The actress accessorized her lingerie-esque dress (which also featured a peek-a-boo illusion skirt) with Elie Saab shoes, a Kotur bag, and Jennifer Meyer jewels. Her signature smoky eye and updo with piecey bangs were the perfect finishing beauty touches.
