Ms. Lea Michele was striking in a black Vivienne Tam dress at the PaleyFest Icon Award 2013 event to honor Glee creator Ryan Murphy the other night. Also at the event was Lea's beau Cory Monteith and NeNe Leakes, who stars in Glee as well as Ryan's other show, The New Normal.
