Despite the fact that I'm still torn up over Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder splitting up, I have pulled myself together enough to comment on her CW Upfronts fashion choices—girl was looking good in NYC yesterday.

The Vampire Diaries star wore a form-fitting blue Versace dress, Rupert Sanderson heels, and Cuyana Granulated Stud earrings in gold for the presentation, but the best part of this look was the laced grommet detailing and sexy midriff flash of skin. Emma Watson rocked a similar style at Cannes as well.
