"I always think Cle de Peu is the best concealer," Holland says. "Yes, it is worth the splurge. It is $80, and it is 1000% worth it. You buy maybe five a year, if that," she explains. "I buy more than most. But most people can probably get away with three a year."
"If you have a full break-out going on, it will look like you are not breaking out. It sticks," she says. "And it's not goopy either. It is the best." Okay, time to start saving up!
