The former Nickelodeon actress—who has yet to take a role in ages—was in New York's Times Square showing off her new—but sadly, not improved—look. Rebeling against the "no white before Labor Day" rule, the actress was dressed in white leggings and sneakers, denim jacket and ski cap.
