Amber Portwood has confirmed her engagement to Matt Baier, and we could not be happier for the Teen Mom OG star. We spoke with Amber in NYC last week before the news was official, but having spotted a sparkly engagement ring on her finger, we decided to ask her about her new fiance just to see what she'd say. Amber confirmed the happy news to us, too—"I'm engaged," she said— and also told us whether or not she and Matt are already thinking about having more kids!
