Former First Lady Barbara Bush has passed away at age 92.
Her husband, Former President George H. W. Bush shared the sad news in a statement April 17, 2018.
Barbara's passing comes in the days following her family's revelation that her health had deteriorated rapidly, rendering her unable to walk. In her final days, she refused medical treatment, and according to ABC News, spoke about being reunited with her daughter Robin, who died of leukemia at age 3.
The late Mrs. Bush is survived by her loving family, including her son, Former President George W. Bush and granddaughter Today Show host Jenna Bush Hager.
