Only four months after welcoming her daughter James with husband Ryan Reynolds, the actress showed off her trim and toned figure at the NYC premiere of her new flick, The Age of Adaline, on April 19.
Blake ruled the red carpet in a scarlet Monique Lhuillier gown. The dress featured a lace and leather bodice with a ruffled feather skirt. She completed the look with diamond earrings and her hair swept to the side in curls.
