When Denise Richards arrived on the red carpet of Radio Disney's Music Awards on April 27th, less attention was on the cute orange dress she wore and more attention was focused on how skinny she looked. The 42-year-old mother of four defended her weight saying that she is a strong advocate for health and fitness, but confessed that she indulges in ice cream with her daughters and ate a grilled cheese sandwich before hitting the red carpet that night.
