Dorinda Medley Reveals All About Her Incredible Weight Loss Journey
Dorinda Medley has been working up a sweat and dropping the pounds now that summer is here!
The Real Housewives of New York City star spoke with OK! exclusively about her weight loss journey, which she's documented all over her social media.
So what's her progress been like so far? "6 pounds I'm down," she revealed while also confessing that "it's not been easy."
Dorinda's decision to share all about her "journey to fitness" was an all-or-nothing type of situation. "I had to put it all out there. I just thought if I'm going to do this, and really make it real for everybody, I've gotta let it all hang out," she said.
She also talked about RHONY, which is currently in its 10th season (she's been part of the show since its 7th season in 2015). There's still a lot that fans can look forward to, including the girls dreaded and frightening trip to Cartagena. Dorinda also discussed how she feels about each reunion taping, using words like "relieved," "hurt", "horrified" and "happy."
Dorinda at one point in the interview compared the RHONY group to the girls on Sex and the City, saying "We're kind of like that. We are all very different characters that put our lives out there and we work it out verbally. So you are going to see us working through these issues, coming together, still questioning things and having a lot of fun too."

She also opened up about her plans for the summer. Of course, the queen of "making it nice" will spend as many weekends as she can at Blue Stone Manor in the Berkshires. Dorinda will also be spending her time giving back, hosting Beach Ball 2018 benefiting The Boys & Girls Club of the Greater Bellport Area.
