Over the summer, Patty gets her jaw wired shut and loses all the extra weight that had been knocking her down all her life. Of course, everyone is shocked by her transformation.

You'd think that'd be the end of the story, but no. Enter Bob Armstrong, an attorney turned beauty pageant coach who wants Patty to compete for the crown. That is just the cherry on top of this hilarious and psycho saga.

The ensemble cast is a ridiculous yet hysterical group of stars like Alyssa Milano, Lara Flynn Boyle, Andy McDowell, as well as Peter Facinelli of Twilight, and Erinn Westbrook of Glee.
