Earlier this month the Biebs got into a spat with a photog in Paris, and this weekend he got into it again with one in Beverly Hills while shopping with his friend Lil Twist at Cartier and Chanel. Luckily this fight wasn't physical as some of his previous disagreements have been, but it sure was verbal!
