After so many times being photographed while grumpy or scowling—even at high-profile events like the Super Bowl and the Met Gala—we weren't sure if anything made Kanye West smile. But the rapper was particularly happy while headlining at 102.7 KIIS FM’s 2015 Wango Tango in Los Angeles on May 10.

We're shocked, too, since his wife and loyal fan Kim Kardashian was not in attendance because she was on business in Brazil. However, that didn't stop Kanye from spoiling his wife on Mother's Day.

Kim shared photos of Kanye's gifts which included a "couple thousand roses" in her hotel and a special string quartet for her.
