Mother-to-be Kim Kardashian is starting to embrace the fact that she is with child. As her baby bump continues to grow, so do Kim's fashion choices. Although she did wear this tight number on an lunch outting with family, the famous Kardashian sister left her heels at home and donned a pair of comfortable flats as she walked around JFK Airport yeserday. Kim even tweeted about it to her 17.5 million followers saying, "I never thought I would ever say this... But I'm wearing flats today."
