Kim Kardashian has turned to fitness guru Tracy Anderson to help her stay healthy and fit during the rest of her pregnancy. The reality star and soon-to-be mother stepped out in tight leather pants and a long beige overcoat for an appearance at Tracy's new studio launch in Brentwood, Los Angeles. Kim joined other stars at the event including Molly Sims, Gwyneth Paltrow and Stacy Keibler.
