In the latest KUWTK season 15 promo, the Kardashian-Jenner clan is going through some tough times. However, unlike times in the past, their outside struggles are taking a toll on their relationships with each other.
“We're each other's best friends and biggest defenders, but we need to refocus,” Khloe says before sisters Kim and Kourtney are shown in an emotional argument.

The clip then transitions to Kim saying, “You don’t know how to relax.”
