It was hard to top Lucy Hale's Halloween costume from last year–she nailed that Lisa Frank unicorn look—but somehow, she managed to do it! This year, Pretty Little Liars' Lucy attended Matthew Morrison's star-studded Halloween party dressed as the Twitter bird. She had an all-blue outfit, plus a blue wig, lips, glasses, and furry white wings to help her complete her look at the little bird that tweets.
