Nia Sioux Reveals If She’ll To Return To ‘Dance Moms’ Now That She’s A Broadway Star
Dance Moms fans may have still been shocked when Maddie Ziegler announced her sudden exit from the show, but it came as no surprise as her career took off.
Now, as the only original cast member on the Lifetime series, Nia Sioux’s star is rapidly rising at a pace so fast, we — and the rest of the Internet — can only speculate that she’s next to leave and take over the world. So we asked her!
The 15-year-old visited OKMagazine.com to discuss her new role off-Broadway in New York City in “Trip Of Love” (you can catch her for the limited six-week engagement in New York City), but also dished on the, you guessed it, drama that’s ahead for the second half of season 6 of Dance Moms.
“[There’s going to be] a lot of drama, but you could always expect that,” she joked about the upcoming season. “And I think you’re going to see a lot of new dances and kind of all of us maturing and standing up for ourselves.”
But with her star clearly rising as an in-demand triple threat (she also has a forthcoming EP and a role in a feature film!), will she even have time to return to Dance Moms next season? Watch the video above to find out her answer plus more juicy details about her relationship with Abby Lee Miller and the upcoming season!
And be sure to check out her limited six-week engagement in “Trip Of Love” in the heart of New York City at Stage 42 (422 W 42nd Street), from July 12 through August 21! Tickets can be purchased via Telecharge.com, (212) 239-6200.
