But it's also cool because instead of your usual night out with the girls where you buy your first-ever legal Cosmopolitan, Selena is celebrating the big 2-1 with a music video featuring a few of her super famous friends. We spot Ashley Benson, Francia Raisa and an Alfredo Flores lookalike in the video, but where's Bieber? Because we definitely do not see Bieber.
