Some tricksters penned a little drama into Lil Wayne’s Wednesday after they called Miami Beach Police to report gunshots at the rapper’s Miami, Florida, mansion.

Police were sent to the massive home following a call that claimed four people had been shot inside. But upon arriving at the scene and entering the house, they discovered the entire incident had been made up.

Wayne also commented on the hoax on Twitter, ensuring his fans he wasn’t harmed. “Wayne is okay. Wasn’t home during alleged events,” the rapper posted. Whew, glad Weezy is safe and sound!
