Meghan's Heartbreak! Markle Confirms Father Thomas Won't Attend Royal Wedding In A Devastating Statement

Meghan Markle finally broke her silence on her father, Thomas.

Just a few days away from becoming Prince Harry's wife, the former Suits actress released a heartbreaking statement regarding her father's attendance at her wedding. "Sadly my father will not be attending our wedding. I have always cared for my father and hope he can be given the space he needs to focus on his health," she wrote. "I would like to thank everyone who has offered generous messages of support. Please know how much Harry and I look forward to sharing our special day with you on Saturday."

Thomas was set to walk his daughter down the aisle at St George's Chapel, Windsor, this Saturday, but after a rocky few days, he will not longer be giving his daughter away. Meghan's father pulled from attending the royal wedding after suffering a heart attack and the backlash he received from the staged photos with the paparazzi. From then, he changed his mind a few times, but in the end he underwent heart surgery.

Last night it was reported the surgery was a success and he's on the road to recovery!
