Another Lawsuit! ‘RHONJ’ Star Joe Gorga Sued for $17,000
Joe Gorga is in trouble with the law — again!
Just two weeks after the Real Housewives of New Jersey star was accused of shoplifting from a Home Depot — which he denied to RadarOnline.com — Joe is being sued for over $17,000.
According to New Jersey Superior Court documents obtained by Page Six, Starlite Window is suing Joe for allegedly failing to pay a $17,058.69 bill owed to the company. The lawsuit was filed on April 28, and Joe’s wife Melissa Gorga was served with the papers on May 8, RadarOnline.com reported.
Radar also reported that Joe was sued by the same company for $25,000 in 2011 but settled the case.
This is the second lawsuit hanging over Joe’s head. On January 17, 2017, a tenant of one of Joe’s New Jersey properties sued the reality star over a slip-and-fall at a rental property in 2015. The plaintiff’s attorney told Page Six they were still “waiting on a court date.”
Joe’s wife Melissa was previously sued by her former business partner for $30 million, but the case was closed last month.
