David was allowed to hold on to a home in Riverside County, all interest of Beador Construction Company and several luxury cars.

Another part of the ex-couple's agreement is that David has to pay Shannon a total of $10,000 per month in both child and spousal support starting next month. He must do so for the next 10 years and is responsible for his children's health coverage. She will also receive $1.4 million from David.

Both David and Shannon were granted joint legal and physical custody of their three daughters — Stella, Adeline and Sophie Beador. The court also ordered that neither party can move outside of Orange County without written consent from one another.

The Bravo star and the entrepreneur first filed for divorce in 2017 after 17 years of marriage. David last filed a request back in December 2018 for Shannon not to drink around their children.
