In a bonus clip for Teen Mom OG, Farrah Abraham opened up about her on-again-off-again boyfriend, Simon Saran's behavior while he joined her family on the tropical getaway. "Simon always wants to go on trips with us so I decided to have that opportunity to come if he wanted to spend time with us and to show if you want to be involved or if you don't, and he just really broke up the good vibes of Hawaii," she explained.

As seen on the last episode, Farrah called up Simon and invited him to join her, Sofia, and her parents on the trip. However, things turned for the worse and the two got into an explosive fight, so Farrah had him pack his bags.
