Teen Mom OG finally premieres tonight and as you know already, this season is going to be majorly different from the show's four previous seasons. The "fourth wall" is broken down this time, which means we get to see more of the girls' and their kids' interactions with the camera crews and producers. And that will start beginning with the very first episode, as you'll see in this exclusive clip!

In this preview from the premiere, Maci Bookout acknowledges the cameras for the first time ever, saying that Bentley is acting out during bedtime because it's "the first day filming." But more importantly, we get to meet Maci's boyfriend (and now baby daddy) Taylor McKinney, who, once filming began, had just moved in with Maci in Tennessee and is helping her raise her six-year-old son.
